This course presents a complete spectrum of clinical Pilates floor exercises for core strength development and control.
The course includes:
- Introduction and theory
- History and evolution of clinical Pilates
- Aims and indications for use
- Key concepts
- 12 - 14 Pilates floor work exercises
- Modifications and progressions for each exercise
- Instruction includes teaching cues, common errors to look for
Exercises are geared toward the beginner personal training client, clients with little fitness base and rehabilitating clients.

Assessments
Short answer questions assess students’ knowledge of the materials covered.
