Yoga for Personal Trainers is a wellness-based training program designed to enhance the skills of personal trainers, group fitness instructors, strength & conditioning specialists, body therapists and similar. The goal is to expand the repertoire of exercises to help clients experience a highly skilled, well-rounded service.
This course is presented by Sara Pazell, Occupational Therapist and Yoga Instructor and owner of Lamour Yoga.
Assessments

Course delivery
This course can be completed online. You can enrol anytime and can expect to start within 24 business hours. You have up to three months to complete each module or short course (most people finish much sooner). All resources including narrated PowerPoints, video clips, notes, activities, assessments and student support are included in the cost of the course.
Course actions
Studying by correspondence allows you to work at your own pace in the environment of your choice. You have three months to complete each module or short course, but most people finish sooner. The more hours you study, the faster you can complete the course. The course fees include all the materials you need to complete the course including manuals, DVDs and assessments. We post these resources out to you. You also have free unlimited support by phone and email.
